Mr Roy Vas operates out of the MPT Colony in Vasco, Goa. It’s a bit different from the touristy side of Goa that most people see. Around here, it’s more about the port and the local community. The colony is a decent place to be based, with a lot of people who have lived here for years. We aren't some big firm with glass walls and suits. It’s just a small office where we handle our daily business. The salt air from the coast is always around, which is just part of living in Vasco. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't put a lot of fluff into how we do things. We just open up in the morning, see what needs doing, and get to it. Sometimes the humidity is a bit much, but that’s Goa for you. People stop by sometimes just to chat or check on things. It has that local feel where things aren't rushed but they still get finished. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy brochures or expensive signs. Our address at MPT Colony is easy to find if you know the area at all. It’s a practical spot for us to work from. Just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Vasco. That’s really all there is to it.
