Jojo

We are located at Padma Nilayam in Manas Wada, which is part of Kundaim in Goa. It’s a bit different than the touristy side of Goa that most people think of. Around here, it’s more about the small villages and the local industry. The office is in a traditional-style building that has been our base for Jojo for quite some time. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, except for the birds and the occasional motorbike passing by. Inside, the rooms are small and the walls are painted a simple off-white. We don’t have any modern glass partitions or high-end furniture. We just use what we have—sturdy wooden tables and old chairs that have been around for years. The pace of life here is a bit slower, but we still have plenty to do. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone or just sitting and working through our lists. In the monsoon season, the rain hits the roof so loud we can barely hear each other, but we just keep going. We often take our breaks on the porch to get some fresh air. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to be a big city firm. We are just local people doing our business from a house in the village, making sure we stay honest and get the work done right.
