Goa Energy Pvt Ltd is based out of Satyam Nivas on the 12th Lane in Jaysingpur. Even though the company name says Goa, we are actually situated in the Kolhapur district of Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main highway, but it’s a good spot for our operations. The office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We do our work in the energy sector, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. There aren't any big signs or flashing lights on the street. We just have our desks set up in the rooms and we handle the daily operations as they come in. The 12th Lane is usually pretty quiet, which helps us stay focused on the numbers. Sometimes the local kids are playing outside near the gate, but otherwise, it's a peaceful place to do business. We’ve been in Jaysingpur for a while now and we like the pace of life here. It’s not like the big cities where everyone is in a rush to get nowhere. We take our time to make sure the work is done right. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big meeting room for presentations. We just use what we have and keep things moving. It’s a small operation but we stay busy enough with the projects we have on hand right now.
