Glenmark Ltd

Glenmark Ltd has a small office here in Goa. We are located in the Akashya Durga Apartment, specifically unit G3. It’s in the Khorlim area of Mapusa, right near the Satare Temple. It’s a very local feel here. You can hear the temple bells sometimes during the day. Uday Kumar Kesri is the person who looks after things here. It’s not a large pharmaceutical factory or anything like that; it’s just our administrative branch for this region. We handle the local distribution and paperwork. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop by. Mapusa is a busy market town, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been here for quite some time and are pretty well-known in the immediate neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff here, just a couple of people managing the daily tasks. We don’t use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just focus on getting the supplies to the right places. The humidity in Goa can be tough on everything, so we have to keep the fans going all day long. It’s a simple, quiet office for the most part. We just do our bit and keep things running smoothly without making a lot of noise. People stop by for signatures or to drop off documents, and that’s about it for our typical day. We like the location because it is close to the temple and easy for everyone to find.
