WEAVERS ZONE (INDIA) LLP

We are tucked away in Bishan Saroop Colony. Our place is actually right with Parmod Khera, the advocate on Khera Road. It might seem like an odd spot for a weaving business, but it works for us. The space is filled with samples and different types of yarn. Most mornings start with a quick chat about what we need to finish. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re checking a ledger and the next you’re moving heavy rolls of cloth. It keeps the day interesting, I suppose. The area around here is usually quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We’ve been part of Weavers Zone for a bit now, and it’s become a second home. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just try to make sure the work is decent. If there’s a mistake, we just point it out and get it sorted. There’s no point in making a big deal out of it. People in the colony know us, and we know them. It feels like a real community. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We don't ask for much, just a steady pace and a good cup of tea in the afternoon to keep us going.
