We've been at Plot No.10 in the Industrial Area for a while now. It's right across from Annpurna Export, so you probably know the spot if you're in the neighborhood. Usually, the shutters go up early because there’s always work waiting. Things can get a bit noisy with the machines running, but that's just how it is here. Most of us have been around for years, so we know the equipment inside out. We handle the daily technical stuff without making much of a fuss about it. If someone walks in, they'll likely find us in our overalls, probably elbow-deep in a project. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. It's just a workshop where things get done. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty, and the tea break is the highlight of the afternoon. We focus on the jobs people bring us, whether it's something small or a larger order for the local factories. It's steady work, and we like it that way. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to check an order. Mostly, it's hands-on work. Being in this part of town means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels like a proper community. We just keep our heads down and make sure the parts are ready when we said they would be. Nothing fancy, just Vaibhav Inditech doing what we do every day.
