V-Brite Electro Systems (India) Pvt.Ltd.

Our place is at 199, Huda Sec-25, Part-2 Industrial Area. It’s a solid, functional building that fits what we do here at V-Brite Electro Systems. Being in the Huda industrial zone means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks in the background. Our plot has enough space for our equipment and a decent area for storing the finished systems before they go out. It isn't a fancy office with carpets and expensive paintings. It’s a place where work gets done, so the floors are concrete and the walls are mostly covered with shelves and tools. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot, and we take our breaks together in the shaded part of the yard. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just discuss what needs to be fixed or which shipment is running late. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, and we all just sit around and wait for it to come back on so we can finish our tasks. We like the honesty of this kind of work. You put something together, you test it, and you see if it works. That’s really all there is to it. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local business doing our thing in Sec-25.
