U. K. M. India is located over at 56 Jagan Nath Vihar in the Saini Colony area. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we actually like quite a bit. The building is pretty standard for this neighborhood, and we’ve made ourselves at home here. We usually start the day pretty early, getting everything opened up and checking what needs to be handled first. There isn't a lot of flash or showy stuff going on inside. It is mostly just desks, some storage, and the usual tools we need to get through the day. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to say hello, which is just how things are around Saini Colony. We handle a lot of different small tasks throughout the week, and it keeps us busy enough that we don't really have time to worry about making the place look like a showroom. The floors are a bit worn and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We find that being practical is better than trying to look fancy for no reason. When the weather is nice, we leave the windows open to get a bit of a breeze through the place. It’s a decent way to spend the work week, just doing what needs doing and keeping the business running without any big fuss.
