Surender Tour & Travels is based right at Sondhapur Chowk on Jattal Road in Panipat. This part of town is always buzzing with activity which keeps us on our toes most of the day. We have been operating from this spot for a while now and we have become a familiar sight for people living around Jattal Road. Our office is a modest one where we handle all the bookings for tours and local travel. We do not have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a place with some chairs and a desk where we manage the vehicles and the drivers. Most of our work involves talking to people who need to get from one place to another without a lot of fuss. We know the local routes well and can usually tell you how long a trip will take even with the Panipat traffic. The chowk is a good place to be because everyone passes through it eventually. We do not use flashy marketing or big slogans. We just wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk through the door. It gets quite loud outside with the horns and the engines but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of travel and try to make things work for our customers. It is a simple life and a simple business that keeps us going year after year.
