Our office is Shop Number 719-R on Old Gas Godam Road in the Model Town area of Panipat. We are right by Punyani Chowk, which is always a hive of activity with people and rickshaws. The name of the road comes from the old gas warehouse that used to be nearby, and everyone still calls it that even though things have changed. Our shop is where we handle all the travel bookings and questions that come our way. It’s a modest space with a couple of desks and some old calendars on the wall showing different parts of the country. We don’t have a slick corporate look; it’s more of a neighborhood office where you can just walk in and talk to us. The floor gets a bit of sand on it from the street, but we try to keep it tidy. People from all over Model Town come here when they are thinking about taking a trip somewhere new. Usually, we just sit down with them and look at the options on the screen. It can get pretty loud during the day because of the traffic at Punyani Chowk, but we don’t mind it much. We’ve been at this shop for quite some time, and it has become a familiar spot for the locals. It’s just a regular business doing regular work for the people in Panipat, day in and day out, without any big fuss.
