Our place is tucked away in the Laxmi Kambal Market, specifically on Ib School Lane. If you know Panipat, you know this area is famous for blankets and textiles, so it’s always bustling with traders and trucks unloading stuff. Being near the New Pachranga Market means there is never a quiet moment, but we kind of like the energy. The office itself is modest. We have some wooden desks that have been around for years and a small area where we keep all the records. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make it work. The lane is quite narrow, so if you are coming by car, it might be a bit of a squeeze. Most of our day is spent at our desks, typing away or talking on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and we're right there. The smell of the market—dust and wool and street food—is always around. We try to keep the door closed to keep some of the noise out, but you can still hear the school bell ringing nearby. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the market chaos. It’s a good spot for us and we've been here a long time.
