If you come down to Shiv Nagar in Panipat, you’ll find us easily enough. We are over in Krishanpura 4. It’s a noisy place because that’s just how it is with textile mills. There is always the sound of machines running in the background. We spend most of our time looking at threads and checking the looms. Panipat is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It gets pretty dusty and hot in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. The crew here has been together a long time. We aren't big on fancy titles or suits. Most of the time we are just in our regular clothes, making sure the fabric looks okay before it gets packed up. It's hard work, and your hands get tired by the end of the shift. RG Textile Mills is just a place where we show up and do what needs doing. Sometimes the colors don't come out exactly right the first time, so we have to fix it. That’s just part of the job. We don't have a big front office or anything. It's mostly just the production floor and a small space for the accounts. We like it that way because we can see what's happening. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It's a simple way to run a mill and keep things moving every single day.
