R. K. Handicrafts is based at Plot No. 188 in Sector 25, Part-II, within the Honda Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. Our workshop is filled with the smell of materials and the sound of tools. We don’t have a showroom with bright lights. It’s just a place where things are made. We’ve got a group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know their jobs inside and out. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to make stuff that people can actually use and enjoy. Sometimes the materials we need take forever to arrive, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We don't have a PR department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The industrial area can be dusty and the roads aren't great, but it’s where we belong. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the work on the table. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. No fluff, just handicrafts. We spend our days making sure each piece is finished properly before it goes out for delivery.
