Property King

We've been at Plot No.12-13 in Skylark Market for a while now. It's right on the Main Road so it gets pretty busy. Some days the traffic is a lot, but we like being where everything is happening. Property King is just a small team of us working here. Usually, someone is at the desk while the others are out looking at sites or meeting people. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. Most people just drop by because they saw our sign while driving past the market. It can get dusty with the road right there, but we keep the fans going. We started this because we knew the neighborhood well. It’s not a complicated business. We just help people find a place or figure out what to do with their land. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should, which is frustrating for everyone, but that's just how it goes around here. We try to be straight with people. If a plot has an issue, we say it. There’s no point hiding things because people talk in a market like Skylark. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If you're near the Main Road, you've probably seen our office. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just helpful to those who come through our door.
