Bhagwati Exports

Bhagwati Exports is situated down in Peerwali Gali, which is just off Khanna Road in Shiv Nagar. If you know where Paramhans School is, then you are pretty much there. It's a quiet enough lane most days, though it can get a bit tight if a big truck is trying to get through to deliver something. We handle exports, so there is always a lot of packing tape and cardboard boxes lying around the workspace. Sometimes it feels like all we do is check lists and make sure everything is tucked into the crates properly before they head out. The building isn't very new, but it stays cool enough in the summer if we keep the fans going. We have been in Shiv Nagar for a good while, so we know the neighbors and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just a front door and a lot of shelf space for the inventory. Most of our work happens on the phone or over some paperwork at the old wooden desks we’ve had since the start. Khanna Road is always moving, but Peerwali Gali stays a bit more tucked away. It’s a decent place to work, even if the rain makes the street a bit muddy sometimes. We just keep our heads down and get the boxes packed so they reach wherever they are supposed to go on time.
