The streets around here are always filled with people and carts, especially on market days. Our place isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a solid, old-fashioned workspace on Khanna Road. We’ve got the name Pandll Overseas painted up, but mostly people just know us as the guys who have been here for years. The inside is full of stacks of things and a few old desks that have been through a lot. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we don't mind it much. We spend most of our time just getting through the pile of work on our desks. Shiv Nagar is a tight-knit kind of place where everyone knows their neighbor. We like being part of that. There’s always someone stopping by to say hello or ask for directions to Gandhi Mandi. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls, and that’s fine with us. We prefer the ground-level reality of Khanna Road. The coffee from the shop across the street is what keeps us going most afternoons. It’s just a regular life here, doing what we do and keeping things simple for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
