Our office is located at No. 605/4 in Pachranga Bazar. If you’ve ever been to the bazar, you know how narrow the lanes can be. It is a very old part of town and it’s always full of life and noise. At Vijay Shree Impex, we do a lot of trading, mostly importing and exporting different goods. It is a small space, but we make it work. There are always boxes stacked up in the corners and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking about a shipment. Pachranga Bazar has a certain energy that you don't find in the newer shopping malls. We like being here because everything we need is just a short walk away. We deal with various products depending on what our clients are looking for. It is not a glamorous job. A lot of time is spent checking lists and making sure the labels are correct. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the walls could probably tell a lot of stories. The tea seller downstairs knows exactly how we like our chai, which is one of the perks of being in a place like this. We just try to be helpful and get the orders moved as fast as the crowded streets allow. It’s a busy life, but it’s our life. We usually close up late and then head home through the evening traffic.
