Northways Constrain Llp is based at 1567, Shiv Nagar, right on Shivpuri Road in Krishanpura. We’ve been here for a good while now. Our office is a bit of a landmark for the locals because we’ve been part of the neighborhood for so long. Construction-related work takes up most of our schedule. Being in Shiv Nagar makes it easy for the team to reach different parts of the city. The office isn’t anything too fancy. It’s just a place where we meet up to discuss the day’s tasks and handle the accounts. You’ll usually find a lot of dust on our shoes because the crew is always coming and going from different work sites. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. Instead, everyone prefers being on the ground where the real labor happens. Sometimes the desks get a bit messy with all the plans and receipts, but we know where everything is. There isn't really a big philosophy behind what we do. Making sure the buildings we work on are safe and done on time is the main thing. It is a straightforward business with a lot of hard work involved. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the local suppliers and the way things work in Krishanpura. Keeping things informal helps us stay focused on the actual construction. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living and doing a decent job.
