M/S Srf Limited Bhiwadi (Raj)

This business has a bit of a story behind it, starting back in V.P.O. Mandi in the Israna Tehsil. It’s funny how things grow. We are mostly known for the work in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan now, but the roots stay back in Panipat, Haryana. My father, Shri Attar Singh, really set the tone for how we operate. It is very much a family-oriented thing, even if the name sounds a bit more formal. We spend a lot of time traveling between these spots. The office in Panipat is really where the heart is, though. Dealing with the paperwork and the emails, like that old Rajeshvashist Yahoo account we still use, takes up more time than I’d like. It’s not a polished operation. We have piles of files and things get a bit disorganized when we are busy. We deal with whatever comes up in the industrial sector, mostly trying to keep the machines humming and the workers happy. People know us in the village and the district. We don't have some big vision statement written on the wall. We just want to get through the week's tasks without too many hitches. Sometimes we have to deal with government regulations or transport strikes, which is frustrating, but it is what it is. It’s just us, working out of a small place, trying to make a living and keeping the legacy of the old man going.
