Maxbond Infra Private Limited is over in Panipat. We are based out of Ansal Sushant City, at C-1302. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main city roads. We like it that way because we can actually focus on what we are doing. Panipat is known for a lot of things, but for us, it’s just home. We’ve been operating from this address for a while. Our work in infrastructure keeps us on our toes. The office at C-1302 isn’t some giant headquarters. It’s just where the work happens. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that here. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Living and working in 132103 means we aren’t too far from our projects. We don’t really use big words to describe ourselves. We are just Maxbond. Some people ask why we are in Sushant City, and it’s just because it was a good spot when we started. We’ve grown a bit, but we haven't felt the need to move to a flashy building. We’d rather spend the money on our work than on a fancy lobby. That’s just how we run things. It works for us and the people we deal with. We hope to stay here for many years. It is a solid place for a business.
