The colony is a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but number 14 is pretty easy to spot once you turn the right corner. It’s a local spot where we handle our daily business without much fuss. The office is basically part of the house, which makes for a short commute for some of us. G T B Colony is generally a quiet neighborhood, though you still get the sound of the vegetable sellers and the occasional car horn. We don't have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. Most of the work happens at a few desks pushed together in the main room. Mamta Chopra & Co has been around this part of Panipat for a bit, so we’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the street. The walls are a neutral color, and we have some old calendars hanging up to keep track of the weeks. It’s not a place that’s trying to impress anyone. We just provide a space where the work gets done correctly. Model Town is a good location because everything you need is within reach.
