Madloe Fab

Madloe Fab is located in Purewal Colony, over in the Gurunanak Pura area. We’re tucked away near Rani Textiles. It’s a residential neighborhood that’s turned into a bit of a hub for small textile shops and workshops over the years. Our place isn't very big. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with sewing machines and long cutting tables. We make various types of garments and fabric items for different people. It’s a noisy place when all the machines are going at once in the afternoon. We have a group of local people working with us. Most of them live just a few streets away, so they walk to work. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to browse. Most of our work is done for other sellers or small shops who need things made. We spend our days checking seams and making sure the zippers work like they should. It’s practical, everyday work. We drink tea together in the afternoons and talk about the local news. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait a while, but usually, we’re busy from morning until evening. We don't do much on the internet. We prefer to show people our samples in person so they can feel the quality for themselves. It’s a small, local business and we like keeping it that way. We just do the work.
