Larsen & Toubro - Ecc

We've been here at House Number 70 in Ramesh Nagar for a while now. It's a busy part of Tehsil Camp in Panipat. People around here know the spot. We mostly deal with construction stuff and site work. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Usually, we are out at the sites or checking on materials. It's honest work. If you walk past the camp, you'll see us. The gate is usually open. We've seen Panipat change a lot over the years. New buildings going up everywhere. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks assigned to us. There's always some paperwork to catch up on, but we prefer being on the ground. It's dusty, especially in the summer heat here, but we're used to it. The morning tea starts the day, usually around 9. We talk about what projects are coming up and who is going where. It’s a simple routine. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, so we know the neighbors. Ramesh Nagar has its own vibe. It's not like the big city offices you see on TV. We have files stacked up and some old desks. It works for us. Most days it's just about getting through the list of things to do. We don't talk much about goals, we just work.
