Our factory is located right on the GT Road in Sutana Village. You can’t really miss it because we are quite close to the Thermal Power Station, which is a huge landmark around here. Jrc Brickworks Pvt Ltd is where we spend all our time. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all day long. Making bricks is tough, honest work, and the heat from the kilns is something you never really get used to, especially during the summer months. We have a lot of people from the village working here with us, and it feels more like a big community than just a company. The GT Road always has traffic zooming by, but inside the factory, we have our own rhythm of mixing, molding, and firing. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning; we’re mostly out there on the ground seeing how the batches are turning out. It’s a bit messy and loud, but that’s the nature of brickmaking. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the landscape has changed with the power station nearby, but our process stays pretty much the same. We focus on the daily tally and making sure the stacks are ready for the next delivery. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We take things one day at a time, making sure the work gets done right and the orders are ready for the builders who depend on us.
