We are located at B-301 in the N.F.L Twp over in Vikas Nagar. Impact Fire & Safety Appliances Pvt. Ltd is a long name for a place that feels pretty small once you’re inside. The township is a bit quieter than the main industrial hubs, which is nice for a change. We have our equipment stacked up along the walls and desks pushed into the corners where they fit. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when a new shipment comes in. People often ask for directions because the township layout can be a little confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve been at this address for a bit, seeing the neighborhood change slowly. The windows let in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead tubes. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, it's just one of us picking up while trying to do three other things. We deal with fire and safety stuff because that's what we know. The coffee machine in the corner is older than most of our furniture, but it still works. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of, usually piled up on the main table. We try to keep things moving without making a big fuss. It’s just a regular workplace in Vikas Nagar where we show up and do what needs doing.
