Himanshi Travels

Himanshi Travels is based at H No-09/12 in Panipat. We are near Veer Bhawan Chowk and Kalander Chowk. This area is the heart of the town, always full of rickshaws and people. My house is also my workspace. I have a small room at the front where I take care of the travel bookings. It’s a very busy neighborhood. You can hear the temple bells and the market noise from my desk. I started this business about six years ago. I wanted something that I could manage from home while being near my family. Most of our work is about arranging cars for local trips or tours. I spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to drivers and checking where they are. Panipat traffic can be a mess, so we have to plan everything carefully. I don't have a lot of employees, just a couple of reliable guys who have been with me for a long time. We know all the shortcuts through the narrow lanes of Kalander Chowk. Sometimes customers come in just to ask for directions or to have a glass of water. It’s a friendly place. We don’t use any complicated software. I just use a pen and a diary to keep things straight. It’s a simple way to work, and it works for us. I’m usually here from morning until the last car is back safely.
