Gautam Travels

Gautam Travels operates out of a house in Preet Vihar, specifically H No-63/64. It’s a quiet residential area in Tehsil Town, so it’s not like a storefront on a main highway with a lot of neon signs. We started doing this because there was a clear need for a way for people to travel right here in our own neighborhood. Living and working in the same place means we are always around when someone needs something. If you walk down the lanes of Preet Vihar, you’ll probably see our vehicles parked out front near the gate. We know most of the people on this street by name and they know us. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We handle everything from the living room or the small desk we set up near the front entrance. Sometimes the dog barks when customers come by to drop off a payment, but that’s just how it is at our place. Panipat is a busy place, but Tehsil Town feels a bit more relaxed compared to the main markets. We don't spend money on big ads or commercials. Usually, a neighbor tells another neighbor about us, and that’s how we keep the business going month after month. It’s a simple life of managing schedules, talking to drivers, and making sure the petrol tanks are full for the morning. We try to be honest about timing because we know how frustrating delays are for everyone.
