Dilshad Khan Hotel

Our place, Dilshad Khan Hotel, is on Devi Mandir Road in Panipat City. We are located near the Old Housing Board Colony, which is a quiet enough neighborhood. This isn't a big fancy hotel like you might see on the highway. It’s a local spot where we serve food to the people living and working around here. We’ve been in Panipat for a long time and 132104 is our home. The building is simple and the dining area is just enough for a few people to sit comfortably. We start our day early to get everything prepped before the first customers arrive. It’s a small family-run type of thing. We don't have a big staff or a manager in a suit. It’s just us doing the cooking and making sure things are clean. The menu doesn't change much because we like to keep things consistent. Sometimes the road outside gets dusty or the street lights are dim, but we keep our doors open. We don't do any advertising. People just know us from word of mouth or by living nearby. It’s an honest little business. We don't pretend to be a five-star place. We just provide a place to eat for the local community. If you’re walking down Devi Mandir Road, you’ll see our sign. We just focus on the daily work and serving whoever comes in.
