DHRITI BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located at 458-R in Model Town. As a one-person company, I run things from this small office. My office is simple, just enough room for a desk and some filing cabinets. I don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. People in the area know I’m here if they need someone to look at a building project. I’ve been in this industry for a while and I just take things one day at a time. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a local person doing local work. I handle the permits, the workers, and the site visits myself. It keeps me busy but I like seeing the buildings go up and knowing I did that.
