Desi Organic Farm

Down in Khotpura, Panipat, is where we have our farm. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the city. We spend most of our time out in the fields or looking after the crops. Farming isn't an easy job, especially when the weather in Haryana gets really hot or really cold, but we’ve been doing it for a while. Our setup is simple, just the way a farm should be. We don’t have any fancy marketing or big offices. It’s just us, the soil, and the plants. People from around Panipat know where Khotpura is, and they sometimes come by to see what’s growing. We try to keep things natural, just growing stuff the way it’s been done for generations. Every day is a bit different depending on the season. Sometimes we are busy planting, and other times it’s all about the harvest. We have a few hands who help out, and we all just pitch in where it’s needed. The farm is our life, really. We don't talk much about "organic" in a fancy way; we just grow things without adding too much junk to the dirt. It’s honest work and it keeps us tired but satisfied. If you’re ever out in the Khotpura area, you’ll see the green patches where we work every day. It’s a long walk from the main road, but it’s peaceful out here. We just like to keep things straightforward and focus on the land we have.
