You can find us at number 506/6 in Khail Bazaar. If you’ve ever walked through the bazaar, you know how it gets with the crowds and the narrow paths. Dawar Textile has been a part of this scene for a good while. Our shop is filled with rolls of fabric and various textiles that we manage every day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for anyone who stops by. The air in the bazaar always smells a bit like dust and street food, and we hear the constant shouting of vendors outside our door. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure the fabric is cut right and the orders are packed properly. The lighting inside is a bit yellow, giving everything a warm feel, even when it’s raining outside. We spend our mornings checking the new arrivals and our afternoons dealing with the regular flow of people coming through Khail Bazaar looking for specific materials. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bolts of cloth and organizing them by type and color. We don’t have fancy displays, just shelves that reach all the way to the ceiling. It’s a simple life here in the market, focusing on the textiles and making sure we don't lose track of the inventory. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day.
