Our office for Bamneya Tour & Travels is situated on Assandh Road in the Guru Nanak Pura part of Panipat. We are right in the Kaccha Camp area which is usually full of life and people moving about. We have been operating from this location for quite some time and have gotten to know the rhythms of the street. It is a straightforward travel business where we help people figure out their trips and transport. Whether someone needs a car for a day or a longer journey we try to sort it out from our small desk here. The shop is not fancy and we do not spend much on decorations because we are usually busy on the phone or talking to drivers. Assandh Road gets quite congested during the peak hours so we have learned to plan around that. Most of our customers are from the local neighborhood and they just walk in when they need a ride. We do not have a big team just a couple of people handling the paperwork and the keys. It is a basic setup but it serves the purpose for everyone in this part of Panipat. We have seen many shops come and go around here but we stay consistent. We do not use any complicated systems just some notebooks and our phones to keep track of everything. It is just how we do things.
