Balaji & Forex & Travel

Balaji & Forex & Travel is located on Gohana Road in Panipat. We are quite close to the State Bank of India branch there. It is a very busy spot. There are banks, shops, and a lot of people moving around all day. We do a bit of everything here. Some people come to us because they need to change currency, and others want to book a trip or a car. It gets a bit crowded in our small office sometimes. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I talk to customers. Being near the bank means we see a lot of people every day. I’ve been on Gohana Road for several years now. I know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We have tea together in the afternoons. Dealing with forex and travel at the same place can be tricky, but we manage it. I have a few files and a small computer to keep track of the rates. My brother helps me with the travel side of things. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple board so people know where we are. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We see travelers going all over the place, and it’s interesting to hear their stories. We just stay here and keep the office open until late evening, doing what we can for the folks who stop in.
