We’ve been here at Office No. 1 in the Shiv Shakti Business Centre for a while now. It’s right in the middle of Babarpur Mandi, so things stay pretty loud and busy outside most of the time. We mostly spend our days handling bookings and talking to people who walk in looking for travel help. Our desks are usually piled with papers and some old calendars. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place where we get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the chai arrives a bit late, but that’s just how it goes here. People from the market come by to ask about bus timings or flight rates, and we just tell them what we know. There’s a lot of dust from the mandi traffic, so we end up cleaning the glass doors quite often. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We know the local shopkeepers and the tea stall guy quite well. It’s a small team, maybe just a few of us sitting around the computers. We don't really do big advertisements. Most folks find us because they were already in the building or someone told them where we are. It’s a simple routine of answering phones, checking schedules, and making sure the tickets are printed right. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to find once they get to the business centre.
