Mittal Trading Company

Mittal Trading Company is run out of House No. 515, right in the Babar Pur Mandi. Since we are in the mandi, things start very early here every morning. By the time the sun is up, the street is already full of noise and people moving goods back and forth. Our place is a bit crowded because we have to store everything we are trading. It is a lot of boxes and sacks piled up to the ceiling. We don't have a traditional office with fancy chairs or air conditioning. We usually just have a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger and take our phone calls. Babar Pur is a lively area, and the mandi is the heart of it. We have known the other traders here for years. It is the kind of place where everyone knows your business and what you are selling. We handle the daily buying and selling without much fuss or complication. Sometimes the rain makes the mandi floor a bit of a mess, but we just keep going anyway. We don't use any fancy software for our trading; it is mostly just knowing the prices and talking to people on the street. Our family has been doing this for a while. We aren't looking to expand into some big corporate entity. We just like the way things work here in the mandi. It is honest work, even if it is a bit dusty and loud most of the time.
