ARADHYA MAISONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a local business based in Panipat. Our office is actually care of Somkaran, who is the son of Chander Bhan, located in Chulkana. It is a very local setup, and we like it that way. We do work related to housing and building around the Panipat area. Since we are in Chulkana, we know most of the people nearby and a lot of our work comes from people who just know us personally. We aren't a big city firm with shiny glass offices. We work out of a regular building and spend most of our time out in the fields or at construction sites. The work involves a lot of planning and manual labor. Some days are spent just moving materials around, and others are spent talking to workers about the next steps of a house build. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on doing the job and moving to the next one. Panipat is a busy hub, but Chulkana is a bit more grounded. We handle the day-to-day operations of the company ourselves, which means we are always busy with something. Whether it is sorting out supplies or checking on a foundation, there is always plenty to do. We keep things honest and just focus on the building work we have in front of us. Chulkana is where our roots are. We aren't interested in moving to a big city office. We like being able to walk to some of our sites.
