You can find us at Shop No-11 in the Gurdwara Sant Bhai Narayan Singh Market. It’s a small shop in Panipat, near Amar Bhawan Chowk. The market is always busy with people coming for prayers or doing their daily shopping. We like being in this market because it feels like a community. There’s a lot of respect here because of the Gurdwara. We aren't a big agency with multiple branches. It is just this one shop where we’ve been for years. People from the 132103 area know us by face. We don't do much in the way of advertising or fancy brochures. Usually, someone walks in, asks for a price to go to Delhi or Chandigarh, and we write it down on a slip of paper. It’s a very simple way of working. Sometimes we share tea with the other shopkeepers in the market when things are slow. Amar Bhawan Chowk is always buzzing, so there is never a dull moment. We just try to keep our drivers happy and our customers satisfied enough to come back next time. It’s a small-scale operation, and we don’t try to pretend otherwise. The market atmosphere is something we've grown to love over the years. You get to hear all the local gossip and see everyone going about their business. It’s a humble little shop, but it serves us well and keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just focus on getting the day's work done.
