Ks Aiyar & Co

We've been operating out of Prasad Nagar for a while now. You can find us at Block A3, specifically Flat 205/8 on B.T. Road here in Kolkata. It’s a busy area, but our spot is quiet enough to get work done. Most people just know us as Ks Aiyar & Co. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office space where we handle our daily tasks. The building is easy to spot if you’re coming down 27 B.T. Road. Since we are in 700058, we get a lot of locals dropping by. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it tricky to reach us, but once you’re inside, it’s straightforward. We’ve kept things pretty much the same over the years. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. Usually, someone is around during normal hours, though it’s better to check if you’re coming from far away. It’s just us doing what we do, day in and day out. Living and working in North Kolkata has its own rhythm. We like being part of the neighborhood here. There’s a lot of history on this side of town, and we’re just one small part of the mix. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up the doors, settle at our desks, and start the day's work. It works for us and seems to work for the people who come to see us.
