Jalaram Industries

You can find Jalaram Industries right on Railway Station Road in Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains going by all day long, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. Our building is a simple one, and we use most of the space for our industrial work. It is often quite loud inside because of the equipment we are running. We have been part of the Pandhurna community for a good while and many of the people who work here live just a short walk away. The air can be a bit heavy with the smell of oil and metal, but that is just the nature of what we do. We don't have any shiny signs or anything, just our name on the front and some old windows that let in a bit of sunlight. Most of our days are spent checking the machines and making sure the orders are being filled. It is a lot of manual labor, and our hands are usually pretty dirty by lunch time. We usually take our break together and talk about what is happening in the town. Pandhurna is a quiet place overall, except for the trains and the noise from our workshop. We stay open pretty late to make sure everything is finished before we head home for the night. We’ve been at this for years and it feels like a second home to us.
