It is a very busy area, especially with people going in and out of the mart all day long. We do a lot of digital printing here, ranging from simple document copies to larger color prints for people in the neighborhood. The shop isn't very big, so we have to keep everything organized, or we would run out of room for the customers to stand. The sound of the digital printers is something we hear from the moment we open until we close up for the night. We get a mix of students, local business owners, and families coming in with different requests. Sometimes the Songhua Road traffic makes it a bit loud, but we are used to the noise by now. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just a few of us working the machines and helping people with their files. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long.
