We are located at 2/111B, Ambalamoola, in the Pandalur area. It’s a quiet corner where we handle our export business. Most of the time, the place is full of boxes and packing tape. Exporting from a place like Pandalur means we have to be very careful with our timing. We spend a lot of our day on the phone talking to drivers and people at the port. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old desks and a lot of files. We don’t have any fancy signs or big posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Pandalur is known for its hills and greenery, and sometimes the weather makes transport a bit tricky. When it rains hard, we have to make sure everything stays dry in the warehouse. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know how to handle the paperwork and the packing. Sometimes we stay late to finish a shipment, and other days it’s a bit slower. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. It’s a simple way of living and working. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now, so we know the local routes and the people around here. There’s always something to be counted or a form to be filled out. It’s practical work and we just keep moving forward with it day by day.
