Aradhna Industries

Our small spot is over at Plot No. 503-B-4. Aradhna Industries isn't a massive operation, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the machines running. Most mornings start with a quick check of the schedule to see what needs to be finished. We deal with various metal parts and industrial components, mostly stuff that goes into bigger machines elsewhere. The floor is usually covered in some shavings or oil, though we try to sweep up when we can find the time. It’s noisy when everything is turned on at once, so we mostly talk in short sentences or gestures during the workday. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed, and we have to scramble to make up for it, which can be stressful, but we usually figure it out. We’ve been in this specific plot for a few years now. It’s a tight fit with all the equipment, but we’ve learned how to move around without bumping into each other too much. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just make the parts, pack them into boxes, and send them out. Lunch is usually taken together in the small corner we cleared out for a table. It’s just regular folks doing regular work. We don't have any fancy brochures or anything like that. If someone needs something made, they usually just stop by or give us a call to see if we have the capacity for it right then.
