Panchmahal Tea Depot

We are located on Padav Road in Dahod, right near the ICICI Bank. It is a good spot because everyone knows where the bank is, so it is hard to get lost looking for us. At Panchmahal Tea Depot, we mostly spend our time dealing with sacks of tea leaves and making sure they are stored right so they stay fresh. The shop usually smells like tea as soon as you walk in, which I guess is a good thing for a tea depot. We have a few regular people who come in every week just to chat and see what is new. Dahod can get quite hot in the summers, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. The floor is concrete and we have simple wooden shelves to hold everything. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just handle things face to face or over the phone. If you need someone, we are usually out back or sitting near the front counter. The traffic on Padav Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we have learned to ignore the honking. We just focus on the tea and the people who come through the door. It is a straightforward business and we don't feel the need to make it more complicated than it is. We keep the doors open and the tea moving every day.
