Being located in Halol GIDC means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories, but our spot at 620 has its own rhythm. The Panchmahals district can be quite dry, and you feel that dust in the air when you’re out on the assembly floor. We’ve got a lot of heavy iron sitting around most of the time. Kejriwal Machineries is really just a bunch of us who know our way around a lathe and a welding torch. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person telling us what to say. We just build the machines as they come. Some days are slow, spent just cleaning up the oil spills and organizing the tool chest. Other days are frantic, with everyone trying to finish a build before the transporters arrive. We have a small office section, but it’s mostly filled with old blueprints and spare parts that nobody wanted to throw away. It’s a bit cluttered, honestly. You’ll see us in our blue overalls, usually with a bit of grease on our faces by midday. We don’t really do formal meetings. If something is broken, we stand around it and figure out how to fix it over a cup of chai. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s worked for us for years now. We know the machines inside and out, which is what matters. No one here wears a tie.
