Windar Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is based out in the Halol Industrial Estate, specifically in Phase III, GIDC. If you’ve ever been to Panchmahal in Gujarat, you know it can get pretty hot and dusty out here. Our address is 3B, and we’ve been part of this industrial landscape for some time now. Working in renewable energy, especially wind, means we are often thinking about things that are much bigger than our office. But the day-to-day is actually quite grounded. It’s about checking schedules, talking to engineers, and making sure the parts are where they need to be. The GIDC is a busy place with lots of different companies, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We aren't a flashy company with a glass skyscraper. We are right here in the industrial zone where the real manufacturing and logistics happen. Most of the staff comes in from the surrounding areas of Panchmahal. We’ve got a simple setup because we’d rather put our energy into the actual projects than into a fancy front office. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get blocked, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It is just honest work that takes a lot of coordination.
