Yatwik Resorts Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 101, GH-104G in Sector-20, Panchkula. It might seem a bit unusual to have a resort company in a flat, but that’s where we started and where we do our planning. We aren't some massive group with hotels all over the world. It’s just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps and lists. Panchkula is a good place to be, near the hills but still in the city. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t like to promise things we can’t do. Most of our work involves setting things up for people who want a break from the noise. It’s busy work, and the phone rings a lot. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch because there’s so much to organize. We don't have a big fancy lobby yet, just our office space where the files are piled up. We’re still learning the ropes in some ways, even though we’ve been at it for a bit. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure people have a good place to stay. We just take it one day at a time and try not to get too stressed. It’s a real job for real people. We don't use fancy talk. We just tell it like it is. It's how we stay grounded.
