Our place is at 1916 Sector 15 in Panchkula. It's a standard building in a residential-slash-commercial area, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than the big high-rises you see in other cities. We handle review and advertising media stuff. It’s mostly just a few of us in a couple of rooms. The furniture is okay, nothing fancy, just what we need to get the work done. The area is fairly quiet, which is nice when you need to focus on things. Haryana has been our base for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like doing our work without too much fuss. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes sit if the weather isn't too hot. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking about different projects. We don't have a lot of visitors, so the place stays mostly organized, though my desk is usually a mess of papers. We use simple tools and don't spend money on flashy decor. People who work here live nearby for the most part, so we have a local feel. It’s just a regular office where real people do real work. We don't go in for big mission statements. We just try to finish what we started every day and head home to our families. Some days we have tea together and just talk about the weekend.
