So, this physiotherapy clinic is situated right within Leelawait Hospital. It’s where Vandana Goel handles all the physical therapy sessions. Being inside a hospital makes it easier because people are already there for other things, but it also means it stays quite busy. We see a lot of people coming in for help with back pain, or maybe they are recovering from some kind of injury and need to get moving again. It’s not a fancy spa or anything like that. We have the basic equipment needed for exercises and treatments. The atmosphere is pretty practical. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch or do their movements correctly so they can feel better. It’s a lot of hands-on work every day. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the hospital sounds around us, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big front office team or anything, just the space where the therapy happens. People come in, do their time on the table or with the weights, and then head out. It’s a very functional sort of place. We’ve seen all sorts of cases over the years, from young athletes to older folks just trying to stay mobile. We don’t do much talk, just focus on the exercises and the recovery. It’s just a normal part of the hospital’s daily routine.
