We spend most of our time out at construction sites, but our main spot is over in Sector-21 of Panchkula. Address 1996 is where we keep all the paperwork and plans. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to look over blueprints. We’ve been involved in building things around Chandigarh and the surrounding sectors for a good bit now. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially when the rains hit hard, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't really the type to sit in a fancy office all day. You're more likely to find us with dust on our boots. Building stuff takes time and there are always little problems that pop up on site. We just deal with them as they come. It's a lot of coordination with different people. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage. Panchkula is a good place to be based. It’s grown a lot since we started. We’ve seen the streets change and more houses go up. Our office is just a regular place where we meet to discuss the next project or check on the budgets. It’s not flashy. We just try to get the jobs finished so people can move in. It’s a lot of hard work, day in and day out. That’s pretty much us. We don't need much more than a solid plan and some decent weather to get things done.
