Our office is actually inside a house, number 329 in Sector 6, Panchkula. It is a quiet residential area, which is a nice change from those crowded commercial centers you see everywhere else. Trishala Estate is a small partnership. We handle local real estate and property stuff right from here. We do not have any big signs or anything flashy outside on the street. We just have our desks set up and we get to work every morning. It feels more like a home than an office, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We have been in Haryana for a long time and we know the streets of Panchkula like the back of our hands. We are not a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy or bosses. We just talk to each other and get things done. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the house to ask a question. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different plots and buildings in the neighborhood. It is a lot of legwork, but we do not mind it. Sector 6 is a good, steady place to be based. We are not trying to change the world or anything. We just want to provide a decent service to people in our community who are looking for a place to stay or invest. It is just a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business.
